What are the possible problems cause tachometers stop working?

1. A blown fuse: Check the fuses to ensure they are properly functioning.
2. Bad wiring: If you are getting erratic readings, this can be a sign of bad wiring. Make sure that the tachometer is grounded properly.
3. Broken accelerator cable: If the rpm needle does not move, it could be due to accelerator pedal not communicating with the throttle valve.
